Firefighters believe the car was targeted by arsonists
A car has been destroyed following a suspected arson attack in Liversedge this morning.
The Renault Laguna was parked in a car park behind houses on Listing Drive, and was said to be "well alight" when firefighters from Cleckheaton attended the scene at around 2.50am.
A spokesman for the crew said the car would have to be written off as a result of the fire, which was believed to have been deliberate.
Police are said to be investigating.
