Man who tries to fix roof leak stranded after getting stuck
FIREFIGHTERS rescued a man from the roof of his house after he got stuck trying to fix a leak.
The 46-year-old was stranded on the dormer of a two-storey terrace in Allen Croft, Birkenshaw, for about 45 minutes.
Crews from Cleckheaton station were called by the man's wife at 11.30am today.
The man failed to fix the leak, said a fire service spokesman.
