BOOKWORMS can now access more titles online from library web pages.
Two hundred books have been added to the 7,000-plus already available for download. So far this financial year, North Yorkshire’s library service has issued 38,000 digital loans.
“I’m delighted we’re able to continue to expand the online books,” said Cllr Chris Metcalfe, executive member for libraries and community services. “E-books bring library books into the homes of people who may not be able to visit a branch.”
