POLICE are appealing for information after an elderly cyclist was injured in a serious collision.
The 72-year-old man is in a serious but stable condition at Leeds General Infirmary following the collision with a grey VW Golf in Leeds Road at the junction of East Chevin Lane and Gay Lane in Otley.
The collision happened at around 10am on Friday, February 24.
Anyone who witnessed the collision or was in the area at the time and saw either the vehicle or cyclist prior to the incident is asked to call police on 101 quoting log number 0451 of February 24.
