Youngsters bring cheer
SCOUTS and Guides in Otley are once again helping spread festive cheer by running their own postal service.
This year’s Christmas Card delivery scheme, Otley Parish Church Scouts and Guides Parents’ Association’s annual fundraiser, has begun and will run until noon on Saturday, December 20.
Residents are invited to buy special 25p stamps for the service – which is limited to Otley itself, and uses its own stamps and post boxes – from any of a large number of shops and businesses around town.
