The following planning applications have been submitted to Bradford Council for approval: Queensbury: non-material amendment to planning. Removal of step in ridge line between units one and two and addition of storm canopy to front doors of units one to ten, Whinney Hill, Sandbeds.
Queensbury: conversion of redundant agricultural buildings to form two dwellings, land at farm buildings at Brow Top Farm, Brow Top. Queensbury: alterations and extensions to existing dwelling including demolition of existing extensions, Shugden Farm, Roper Lane.
Shipley: construction of dormer window to rear, 12 Hilton Road. Steeton with Eastburn: installation of new external ATM pod, Longlands, Skipton Road. Tong: remove and replace existing garage with single storey granny flat, 38 Tyersal Lane. Undercliffe: retrospective application for detached garage and first floor storage, 41 Lister Lane. Wibsey: conversion of existing detached house and hotel into ten low cost dwellings, 58-64 Holroyd Hill. Wibsey: change of use car sales showroom and storage to female only gym with new canopy to entrance, 1040 Manchester Road.
Windhill: non-material amendment to planning. Construction of single storey standalone nursery building to north elevation of the existing school including a secured external play area, new vehicular access from Crag Road and car parking. Removal of one cabin located on playing field adjacent to main access on to site from Pratt Lane, High Crags: Primary School, Pratt Lane. Wyke: two-storey side with single-storey rear extension and rear dormer window and detached private garage, Rooley Crescent.
