Manningham: retrospective demolition and rebuilding of front wall, new windows and shopfront, 37 Carlisle Road. Menston: single storey rear extension and rear patio, 3 Victoria Avenue.
Oakworth: construction of modern agricultural building to replace existing buildings, land south of Hill Top Farm. Queensbury: conversion and extension of barn into dwelling and change of use of part of field to garden, Lower Springhead Farm, Carter Lane.
