Wayne Martin McMahon, 23, of Denbury Mount, Tong; failure to comply with requirements of community order, order re-voked and dealt with for the original offences; original offences of assault and criminal damage re-sentenced, 12 months’ community order with electronic monitoring and four months’ curfew.
