SCHOOLS, businesses, charities and community groups are donning red noses today to celebrate and raise money for Comic Relief.

Many schools around the district are holding non-uniform days, cake sales, and other fundraising events.

Staff at Bradford businesses are also holding events and donning fancy dress to make Red Nose Day.

One person who has got into the Comic Relief spirit is Lakhi Meah, an eccentric member of Bradford Council's Adult Social Services department.

Mr Meah has donned a bright red wig, face paint, an obligatory red nose, and bright red clothes to mark the day.

Are you holding a fundraising event at your school or place of work, or wearing fancy dress to raise money for charity?

Staff and pupils at Marshfield Primary School in West Bowling swapped their uniform for fancy dress to raise money for Comic Relief.
