FOUR men, accused of the murder of a Bradford father-to-be, have denied the offence.
Imran Khan, 30, died from a gunshot wound to the head, outside his home in Round Street, West Bowling, at around 8pm on Monday, June 6.
The four defendants - Amjad Khan, 30, of New Cross Street, West Bowling; Ismail Khan, 31, of Masham Place, Heaton; Ziaurahman Khan, 30, of Spring Mill Street, West Bowling; and Mohammed Faisal Riaz, 28, of Ryan Street, West Bowling - appeared at Bradford Crown Court this morning.
All four pleaded not guilty to murdering Imran Khan, on June 6 this year.
Prosecutor Peter Moulson QC told the Recorder of Bradford, Judge Roger Thomas QC, that further inquiries were taking place and there was the possibility of a fifth defendant being charged.
A trial date has been fixed for November 7. The trial is expected to last four to five weeks.
The four defendants were remanded in custody.
