A BRADFORD woman will face trial after pleading not guilty to persistently making phone calls that caused annoyance, inconvenience or anxiety.
Julie Bennett, 48, of Summer Hall Ing, Wyke, appeared at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates' Court yesterday and will stand trial at the same court on Tuesday, June 28.
In the meantime, she has been given a condition not to use the emergency services contact number 999 except in a genuine emergency.
The alleged offence took place between 10.45pm on March 25, this year and just after 3.45am on March 26.
