YORKSHIRE Move Manager, a Cleckheaton-based relocation company specialising in helping elderly people with downsizing their homes is looking to work with regional property developers.
The business, launched by Michelle Park in 2012, plans to enable developers to offer the firm’s services directly to buyers or make referrals.
Michelle said: “We are looking to work with property developers to provide a service which takes the stress out of the equation.”
Her business partner, Andrew Toft, added: “While many developers offer financial help with the sale of the original home in order to facilitate the sale of the new one, there is generally little real support provided for the other practicalities and it is here that we can make a difference.”
