A “major incident” in a Bradford subway being investigated by police last night was an attempted sexual assault, officers disclosed today.
Entry to a subway on Wakefield Road, at the roundabout where it meets Prospect Street and Bowling Back Lane, was sealed off in both directions with police tape at about 6.45pm yesterday.
Police would not reveal details of what had happened to the Telegraph & Argus last night, only saying that a “major incident” had taken place.
