WELCOME: Greengates Parish Church Ladies Nights have become popular with more than 40 women attending. The next Ladies Night has a Valentine theme and takes place on Friday, February 7, from 7pm. Beauticians will be available, plus nail experts and eyebrow threading. Take food to share for the buffet supper. Call 07526 269368.
LUNCH: The Seniors lunch group at The Gateway, Ravenscliffe, meets from noon to 2pm on Friday followed by bingo and a raffle.
COFFEE: Kipling Court, New Line, invite you to join them for coffee and biscuits on Friday from 9.45am.
CLUB: Greengates Over 60s Club meet on Thursday from 1.45pm to 3.45pm to enjoy games, entertainment, bingo and light refreshments.
FITNESS: Olympic Style Taekwondo is held at Jimmy’s Fitness Centre. Classes are held on Fridays from 6.15pm and cover self-defence, fitness, flexibility and helping you gain confidence. Call 07511 432581.
