A retired Steeton schoolteacher is making his name in the world of children’s literature by organising a project to send authors to different countries.
Trevor Wilson retired from teaching in 2005 and has now set up publishing company Caboodle Books Ltd.
Mr Wilson, who taught for 25 years, was deputy head at Malsis School in Glusburn and Westville House in Ilkley.
He said: “Authors Abroad is the only company in the UK that specialises in organising tours all over the world for our team of authors and poets.”
