Unseen clothing and new research will feature in a special event about the Bronte family in Haworth.
Re-enactors dressed as the Brontes will welcome people to the gathering at West Lane Baptist Church on Saturday, December 8.
The afternoon includes free children’s activities including writing a Bronte mini book and a letter to Santa, and making Victorian Christmas cards.
On display will be genuine and replica Victorian costumes including items from BBC costume dramas.
People will be able to see two rare editions of Bronte novels and handle replica Bronte artefacts such as diary papers and mini books.
The evening will feature Bronte-inspired music, supper and four short talks revealing the findings of new Bronte research.
The event is organised by Oxenhope Bronte enthusiast Lynne Cunliffe who runs Hathaways of Haworth.
Lynne gives talks in day centres, schools and nursing homes.
The event runs from 1.30pm to 10pm. More details from hathawaysofhaworth.
