Embsay residents are set to celebrate the 21st anniversary of the village hall this weekend.
The event had been planned for earlier this month, but had to be postponed due to the snow.
Now the celebration is to due take place on Saturday, weather permitting.
Various activities will take place from 10am to 4pm and will include carpet bowls, a performance by the children of Embsay Primary School, a demonstration by the Flower Club, ballroom dancing and a concert by the Craven U3A Orchestra. A party is also planned for next Saturday, January 30.
