A group of Bradford schoolchildren have made the final of a national film-making competition.
Students from Laisterdyke Business and Enterprise College are among 36 finalists chosen from more than 100 entrants.
They have each received a £1,000 grant from BT to produce their films, which are being showcased online as part of BT’s Big Voice competition.
Ideas for the films came from the youngsters, aged between 11 and 19. They were partnered with film students from Leeds Metropolitan University and Leeds Trinity University.
Laisterdyke Business and Enterprise College’s film, On The Right Track, is about a girl who realises every individual needs to take responsibility for keeping the streets clean.
A People’s Choice winner will now be chosen by the public voting online at bt.com/bigvoice.
