Friends and family gathered to celebrate the 100th birthday of Muriel Lister.
As a young woman Mrs Lister worked in a cafe in Ilkley before marrying and moving to Manningham, where she lived until she was 97. For the last three years she has lived at Willowbank Nursing Home in Allerton.
Her daughter June Jocelyn, who travelled from South Africa for the occasion said: “She takes things easy now but she was very active.”
