Police launched their new Gotcha campaign, which aims to reduce sneak-in burglaries, in East Morton .
Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT) officers went door-to-door talking to residents, while a Police and Communities Together meeting was held in the primary school.
NPT inspector Tony Reed said: “We understand that local residents are concerned about levels of burglary in their area. We take these concerns seriously, but in actual fact your chance of being a victim of burglary is lower than it has been for some significant time.”
