A SOAP star will visit Bradford to encourage residents to complain about any on-going issues.
Adele Silva, actress and star of Emmerdale and Hollyoaks, will be part of an Ombudsman Services consumer rights road show coming to Centenary Square on Monday and Tuesday.
The event will advise people who have an on-going complaint with their energy or communications supplier on how to have their voices heard.
They will arrive in the city in their “ombudsvan.”
People can come to register their complaints between 9am and 5pm, and Ombudsman Services will provide a legally binding resolution or just give free help and advice.
Lewis Shand Smith, Chief Ombudsman said: “It’s important that residents in Bradford know their consumer rights and don’t put up with bad service.”
