A “LOVE our loos” event will be help in Baildon for people to find out how they can help keep the town’s toilets open.
Baildon Town Council agreed to take over running the town’s toilets after Bradford Council announced it would withdraw financial support for the facilities.
The town council has requested £7,000 from the 2018/19 budget to run the toilets, and on Wednesday will invite people who an event to shape how they are run in the future.
The council is expected to take over running the toilets in April.
Held between 1.30pm and 3pm at Baildon Library, Wednesday’s event will let people hear where the council is up to with their plans, learn what will happen next, and share any ideas on how they can improve the facility in the future.
