THE centre of Haworth has been packed with festive revellers keen to celebrate the true meaning of Christmas.
The village's traditional Nativity weekend once again attracted hundreds of people over two days.
After a carol singing session, yesterday and today the crowds accompanied Mary (Annie Ferguson), Joseph (Alex Cooke) and a donkey on their journey from the Christmas tree at the bottom of Main Street, up the hill to the top of the street.
Along the way those attending sang carols and stopped at various locations on the journey to ask if there was "any room at the inn."
There was then a re-enactment of the first Christmas.
Volunteers from the Salvation Army were collecting donations during the event, and Rev Chris Upton, from West Lane Baptist Church, led the celebration.
