PEOPLE could have been forgiven for thinking they were experiencing a "Close Encounter" this morning in Baildon.
Geoff Shaw-Champion, 68, of Bank Crest, Baildon, was driving home from dropping his daughter off in Bradford when he said the spooky image "loomed out of the fog".
He said: "I was coming over the top from Shipley at about 10 o'clock with the sun behind me which caused this spooky effect that looked like something had landed on Baildon Bank.
"The sun was directly behind me and was shining on the windows of the houses, but because of the fog you couldn't see the houses and only the reflections from the windows.
"Since the windows are all at different angles it had quite an effect sending the reflections shining in all different directions, the picture doesn't really do it justice but it looked like something out of Close Encounters!"
