A MAN has appeared in court to deny firing a shotgun during an altercation at a Bradford pub.
Tobias Conway-Graham, 26, of Telford, Shropshire, appeared at Bradford Crown Court yesterday via a video link from Hewell prison in Worcestershire.
He pleaded not guilty to the possession of a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence in relation to an incident at The Sycamores pub (pictured) in Norman Lane, Eccleshill, on Saturday, August 19.
It is alleged that a group of men entered the pub shortly before a shotgun was fired into the ceiling. Conway-Graham entered guilty pleas to violent disorder and the possession of an offensive weapon, a baseball bat, in connection with the same incident.
Judge Jonathan Rose fixed a trial for February 7 next year, and told Conway-Graham he would remanded in custody until that hearing.
