Staff at the Yorkshire Premier lounge at Leeds Bradford International Airport have been named the best from 600 similar venues around the world.
They won the best staff category in the Priority Pass lounge of the year awards, based ratings by members of Priority Pass, the world’s largest independent airport VIP lounge access programme.
Staff at the Yeadon lounge were singled out for their friendly service, customer interaction and helpful product knowledge.
Jonathan French, of Priority Pass, said: “The staff at the lounge truly deserve it – they are friendly, helpful and professional and have obviously made a magnificent impression on our members.”
Sophie Brown of Leeds Bradford International Airport, said: “Our Yorkshire Premier Lounge team work hard to offer consistently high standards of service to make every visitor feel welcome, matched by a wide selection of refreshments and a stylish ambience.”
