Growth potential in the residential lettings market in the Wharfe Valley has led an Ilkley-based agency to establish a new operation.
Linley & Simpson has launched a venture designed to help landlords and investors take full advantage of the rising strength of the rental property market by bringing together different strands of searching, buying and letting a home.
Spearheading the new venture is Shipley-born Victoria Cribb, a former pupil of Bradford Grammar School and Woodhouse Grove School.
She said: “For financial reasons as well as personal choice, more people are choosing to rent their home rather than buy. Our new service offers advice for those investors who want to take advantage of current market conditions.”
