A CHEF has been handed a tasty new role with Keelham Farm Shop.
Bruce Elsworth, 41, has been recruited as head of taste at the business, which has sites in Thornton and Skipton.
He is a former executive chef at the award-winning Angel Inn in Hetton, and will head up the expansion of Keelham’s own-brand product range and will create new recipes which champion the produce of the more than 400 local suppliers it stocks.
He will also develop the successful dining experience at Keelham Kitchen in Skipton.
Mr Elsworth said: “Keelham is somewhere that I’ve admired for a long time, so I’m thrilled to now be part of the team.
“As a chef, I have an absolute passion for Yorkshire ingredients which are the finest in the land, and I love seeing what I can do next with them.”
