Chartered surveyor Dacre, Son & Hartley, has announced the appointment of Daniel Brumfitt to its Skipton office.
Mr Brumfitt, born in Ilkley, will join the firm as a senior surveyor where he will take charge of commercial operations in the Aire Valley.
He brings over nine years property experience having previously worked in retail, office and industrial property sectors on both agent and client sides.
He said: "I am hoping that my experience across the board in property will be invaluable to Dacre, Son & Hartley and that I will be able to effectively use my contacts in the UK and abroad to generate deals for our clients."
