ACCOUNTANTS PwC hired a record number of graduates and higher apprentices in Yorkshire during 2014.
They took on 79 graduates at regional offices, up from 58 last year, and ten higher apprentices in the region.
Arif Ahmad, senior partner, Leeds, said: “We are very proud of our graduate scheme and continually develop and invest in it so it remains market leading.
“Having some of the UK’s best universities in the region helps us to attract top talent. Offering a leading graduate scheme across our Yorkshire offices will encourage students to stay.”
