RECRUITMENT consultancy Ethica Resourcing has launched a new service to help employers reduce costs and meet regulatory compliance standards when hiring and managing temporary staff.
The Guiseley-based consultancy has worked with Herefordshire Council on establishing an interactive recruitment agency enabling the authority to fill more than 60 per cent of its temporary staffing needs
Ethica, led by chartered accountant Sarah Shaw and former recruitment company director John Gilmartin , said it was working with some Yorkshire based businesses on implementing the new system, which focuses on flexibility, compliance, simplicity and tailored management reporting.
The business was founded by former recruitment agency boss Amanda Hobson who also ran a national recruitment funding and back office administration business
