A Bradford accountancy firm has been thanked for the advice and support it has provided to a leading regional charity.
Cottingley-based Watson Buckle has provided accounts and finance assistance to the Jane Tomlinson Appeal since became a charity in 2005. The firm has produced the charity’s accounts as well as the annual audit.
Watson Buckle has also provided services and support for the charity’s event companies Run For All, Walk For All and Marathon Yorkshire.
Set up in 2002 by the late Jane Tomlinson, the appeal helps children’s and cancer charities across Yorkshire, the UK and internationally. raising more than £4 million since its launch.
Mike Tomlinson, Jane’s widower and appeal trustee, said: “We are grateful for the continuing support of Ian Gill and all the team at Watson Buckle.
“They have provided invaluable advice and expertise since we became a recognised charity in 2005, ensuring that our finances remain on a firm footing.”
