Andrew Foggitt has joined Gregory Property Group to help develop its portfolio of assets and seek new development opportunities in the residential sector across Yorkshire.
Andrew has held senior roles with Donaldsons chartered surveyors, Tranville Developments and Buzzard Developments. He has managed a total asset value of £45 million with residential schemes in Yeadon, Horsforth and Rawdon and commercial projects including Trafalgar Park in Keighley.
Gregory Group’s notable projects include the £40m mixed use scheme at Broad Street Plaza in Halifax and a £40m retail park at Foss Islands in York, where Bradford-based Morrisons is a key occupier.
Barry Gregory, chairman, said: “We are delighted to bring Andrew on board. His sector expertise, development background and passion for the residential sector will be extremely valuable as we move into a new phase of site acquisitions.”
