Bradford’s award-winning Prashad restaurant has unveiled its first recipe book with a signing event at Waterstones in the city.
And the very first copy went to its oldest and most loyal customer 85-year-old BB Patel, who was one of the first to be served at the restaurant when it opened nine years ago.
The hardback cookbook has more than 100 Indian vegetarian recipes from simple pickles, dips and street-food to family feasts shared by head chef Kaushy Patel.
