The following plans have been submitted to Bradford Council for approval:

Heaton: double-storey rear extension with front and rear dormer windows, 150 Westfield Road. Lidget Green: conversion of flat No 3 into three self-contained flats, currently flat No 3 is set up as three single room bedsits that share a common toilet/ shower room, 70 Beckside Road. Little Horton: non-material amendment to permission 10/04864/HOU dated 29.12.2010: single storey rear extension, 4 Woodville Terrace.

Manningham: additional equipment storage containers and covered car valet area, 8-10 Toller Lane. Manningham: construction of first-floor side extension, 1 Walker Drive. Manningham: conversion of St Catherine’s Hospice and secondary building into 16 housing units, demolition of outbuildings, St Catherine’s Hospice, St Mary’s Road. Odsal: change of use of existing health centre to dwelling, Odsal Clinic, 55 Odsal Road.

Shipley: garden room, 25 New Close Road. Shipley: glazed entrance lobby, coffee/social area with railings and tensile membrane coloured sail canopies, application of through colour render to the south and west existing brick gables, Crown House, Victoria Street. Shipley: renewal of planning approval 09/05264/FUL dated 31/12/09, refurbishment and conversion of existing building to provide retail (A1 and A3) and offices (B1) together with ancillary accommodation, Tulip Toppers 228 Commercial Street.

Thornton: construction of one detached dwelling, land to the north of 52 Alpine Rise. Thornton: extension to roof to create gable end for clear headroom to loft conversion, 7 Thorpe Avenue. Tong: renewal of planning permission 09/03684/FUL: extensions to and conversion of existing barn to form single dwelling and two new-build dwellings and double garage, Church Farm, Tong Lane. Tong: replacement business signage in new corporate style, Princes Soft Drinks Production, West Yorkshire Industrial Estate, Toftshaw Lane. Tong: single-storey rear extension and new first floor, 290 Rooley Lane.
