A science family fun day will be help as part of Bradford Science Festival .

Questions like ‘Is their life on other planets?’ and ‘Can bees clean your teeth?’ will be among those being answered.

And among the many activities on offer will be the opportunity for visitors to walk on water, with the help of a non-Newtonian liquid solution.

Following the success of last year’s British Science Festival , hosted at the University of Bradford, the event on Saturday, October 20, will once again provide an opportunity for families to experiment with and learn more about science through interactive, child-friendly activities.

Exciting Science will see a range of activities and stands engage visitors of all ages with informative and fun experiments.

The event is being organised by the STEM@Bradford project as part of its outreach programme to increase pupil participation in science, technology, engineering and maths by working extensively with schools to raise attainment across all subjects.
