A large police cordon has been set up in Bradford city centre today after a man was found injured and unconscious.
The 28-year-old man was taken to Bradford Royal Infirmary after being found in Manor Row, near its junction with Upper Piccadilly.
The cordon, which is being by officers, covers a large area.
Buildings within the police tape include York House, the former County Court building, and Malik House.
A spokesman for West Yorkshire Police said: “At 5.36am today police were contacted by the ambulance service who were attending an injured man who had been found unconscious in Manor Row, Bradford.
“The 28-year-old was taken to BRI for treatment. His injuries are not life threatening.
“Detectives are carrying out inquiries to establish the full circumstances.“
