An independent fostering agency wants to recruit more foster carers to provide safe and stable homes to youngsters in Bradford.
Foster Care Associates (FCA) is hosting an open day on Thursday, June 28, at Cleckheaton and District Golf Club, where residents can find out more about becoming a foster carer.
Fred Lillie, FCA Yorkshire and Lincolnshire registered manager, said: “Foster carers can make a huge difference to the life of a child or young person in care.
“A safe and secure family environment provides much-needed stability for a youngster who may have had a tough start in life.
“FCA is committed to providing 24-hour support for foster carers, as well as on-going training and guidance from therapists and education professionals.”
To find out more, attend the event at the Bradford Road golf club between 10am and 7pm or call 0800 023 4561.
