Burnsall is set to hold its ever popular annual Charities Day on the village green on Monday.
And organisers say it will be bigger and better than ever.
Musical entertainment will include Bedale Brass Band and Embsay Samba Band and the Young Farmers will be running a ducking stool and other farming related activities, culminating with a tug of war.
There are lots of activities for children including races with cash prizes and a jubilee cake or biscuit competition.
Local theatre company Penny Plain will also be there with its unique Human Vegetable Machine, which has to be seen to be believed.
The family pet show will be judged by the Rev Fiona Jenkins, but once again the main event will be the annual duck race on the River Wharfe.
The day will run from noon to 4pm and admission is free.
