Following a tour of America and the Caribbean, Yorkshire medium Steve Holbrook is back on home turf this month.

Regarded as one of the country’s top mediums, the former Leeds hairdresser describes himself as a “telephone exchange between this world and the next”.

Steve calls himself a ‘clairaudient’, claiming he can hear spirits rather than see them. He works regularly with a ‘psychic artist’, who draws spirits Steve communicates with.

Over recent years, Steve has supported local charities, raising more than £50,000 for Wakefield Hospice and more than £5,000 for MacMillan Cancer Support.

He is currently raising money for PACT, a Yorkshire charity helping terminally-ill children. The current total stands at more than £15,500.

He will be collecting for the charity when he appears at Yeadon Town Hall on Thursday, May 24. Ring (01274) 705363.
