Thirteen suspected bags of cannabis were found in a nappy sack in a car stopped by police on Sunday in Manningham.
Officers were on patrol in a marked police car when they noticed a man in a vehicle with two other passengers and a strong smell of cannabis.
They stopped the car and searched the occupants.
Although nothing was initially found, due to the strong smell of cannabis the officers detained the men and carried out further searches in police custody.
Three wraps of suspected cannabis were found in a sock and 13 more individually wrapped bags inside a nappy sack in the back of the glove compartment of the vehicle.
Cash and six mobile phones were also seized.
The men were arrested for possession with intent to supply a class B drug and have been placed on police bail.
