A woman has died after suffering head injuries in an alleged attack at her Bradford home.
Santosh Kumar, 42, of Bingley, was due to appear before Bradford and Keighley Magistrates Court this morning in connection with the incident.
Police were called to Libbey Street, off Carlisle Road, Manningham, on Thursday at 11.40pm.
The 33-year-old woman, who was critically ill in Bradford Royal Infirmary, died late last night, police said.
