Glusburn Primary School has received national recognition for its singing achievements that have included a rap to learn their times tables.
It has just been awarded the Sing Up Silver Award.
Headteacher Richard Hunt said: “The school works hard to put singing at the heart of school life and we include whole-class and whole-school singing from nursery to year six.”
The school choir takes part in events across South Craven, including performing at Airedale Hospital and local nursing homes.
“Our children also have the opportunity to sing in Spanish, to help them learn a new language, as well as singing their times table and the class register,” said Mr Hunt.
“We also have a band, artist or composer of the week to inspire children to listen to different types of music.”
