Bradford-based ACT (Actors Community Theatre) has a new home.
Founded in 2003 at the former Bradford Playhouse, the company is staging JB Priestley’s Dangerous Corner for its debut production at its new venue, the Caroline Social Club in Saltaire.
Following their success at last year’s Saltaire Festival with The True Story Of Maria Marten – The Murder In The Red Barn, written and directed by Audrey Coldron, ACT are returning to Saltaire. This time, Audrey will be acting, while Alison Rooks makes her ACT debut stepping into the directing role.
Dangerous Corner was Priestley’s first solo play and the first in his trilogy of Time Plays. It runs from next Wednesday to Friday. Tickets are available on (0113) 2296976.
