A local charity is offering older people in the Otley, Pool-in-Wharfedale and Arthington areas help with keeping their homes warm.
Otley Action for Older People, helped by funding from the Department of Health’s Warm Homes, Healthy People fund, is contacting residents to offer support and advice about everything from insulating their homes to changing energy suppliers.
The charity is also offering practical help with things such as shopping during the cold weather. If anyone thinks they would benefit from the advice, or knows someone who would, they should call (01943) 463965 to find out more.
