A man has been arrested in connection with an incident in which a motorist fled the scene of an accident. Four people in a Mitsubishi pick-up were trapped following the crash, in Dalton Lane, Keighley, at 3pm on Sunday. All four were taken to hospital with minor injuries. The arrested man, 18 and from Keighley, has been summoned to appear at court.
