Carol Lowe, aged 41, of Lees Lane, Haworth; breach of the peace, bound over in the sum of £100 for six months. Luke Daniel Rubery, aged 18, of Fagley Road, Fagley; taking a car without consent, detained two months in a young offender institute, banned from driving for six months; driving without insurance, driving without a licence, no separate penalty; failure to comply with a youth rehabilitation order, dealt with for the original offence of burglary, detained four months in a young offender institute. Aaron Luke Smith, aged 27, of Wyke Hall Road; failure to comply with community order, dealt with for the original offence, community order made with 80 hours’ unpaid work.

Helen Theresa Dawson, aged 46, of Fencote Crescent, Fagley; breach of the peace, bound over in the sum of £50 for six months. Leigh Young, aged 27, of Station Road, Steeton, Keighley; breach of the peace, bound over in the sum of £50 for six months.
