A senior Bradford councillor has slammed officers for holding negotiations “behind closed doors” with a public fee-paying school over the lease of playing fields.
Councillor Jeanette Sunderland (Idle and Thackley), leader of Bradford Council’s Liberal Democrat group, has said elected members had not been informed of plans to lease Rawdon Meadows to Woodhouse Grove School.
