Jamie Langley scooped two gongs at the Bulls' annual presentation evening last night.

The loose forward capped his finest season yet with the coaches' Prized Bull award and the T&A's own accolade.

Tough-tackling Langley averaged 7.38 in the weekly matchday scores to see off Stanley Gene (7.31) and Andy Lynch (7.29).

Boss Steve McNamara said: "Jamie's been outstanding and amazingly consistent all year and his desire to serve Bradford at the expense of winning a Great Britain cap probably sums him up."

Loyal Langley, 23, sacrificed a potential GB debut against New Zealand in June to rest a calf injury for his club's next Super League clash.

He was ever-present until eventually missing the last two matches with a groin problem but hopes to be back for the sudden death play-off against Salford on Saturday.

Lynch did not entirely miss out as he bagged Players' Player, Supporters' Player and Best Forward trophies during the event at the Cedar Court Hotel.

Other winners were Joe Vagana (Clubman) and Marcus Bai (Best Back).

Meanwhile, the Bulls' board sit down for an unscheduled meeting this afternoon to discuss potential new signings.

High on the agenda will be whether or not to make a bid for Wakefield's David Solomona.
