Mahboob Hussain, aged 19, of Carrington Street, Bradford Moor; driving without due care and attention, £525 fine, £100 costs, licence endorsed. Danny Lee Thomas, aged 19, of Burneston Gardens, Buttershaw; driving without insurance, £100 fine, £15 costs, licence endorsed; driving without a licence, driving a motorcycle without protective headgear, no separate penalty.

Omar Iqbal Malik, aged 25, of Windermere Road, Great Horton; theft, driving while disqualified, jailed for four months, banned from driving for 18 months; driving without insurance, no separate penalty; application to revoke a community order without re-sentencing, granted, order revoked. Mohshin Khan, aged 28, of Springroyd Terrace, Four Lane Ends; breach of the peace, bound over for six months in the sum of £50.

Deividas Urbietis, aged 34, of Bolton Road, Bolton; drink-driving, 12 months’ community order made with 100 hours’ unpaid work, banned from driving for 20 months. Paul Anthony Jackson, aged 27, of Swain House Road, Swain House; eight counts of fraud, six counts of theft, 12 months’ community order made with 80 hours’ unpaid work. Nicholas Brown, aged 21, of Crag Road, Windhill; theft, nine months’ conditional discharge, £250 compensation, £85 costs.
